REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY – ExamSolutions

1.

ExamSolutions charges fees strictly for application assistance services.

2.

Once the application form has been successfully filled and submitted, the service is considered completed.

3.

No refund shall be provided after the application form has been successfully submitted, under any circumstances.

4.

Applicants understand and agree that fees paid are non-refundable after form submission, as the service involves time, effort, and processing.

5.

Refund requests will not be accepted in cases where the applicant changes their mind after submission.

6.

If the service has not yet been initiated, refund requests may be considered only within 48 hours of payment, subject to verification.

7.

Any refund, if approved, will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5–7 working days.

8.

Payment gateway charges, taxes, and processing fees are non-refundable, even in approved refund cases.

9.

No refund shall be issued for delays, rejection, or failure caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided by the applicant.

10.

ExamSolutions shall not be responsible for rejection or technical failure caused by examination portals, third-party systems, or government websites.

11.

Refund decisions made by ExamSolutions shall be final and binding.

12.

By making payment on ExamSolutions, the applicant acknowledges and agrees to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
